Summary:
In the wake of the turbulent Partition, it is estimated that about half-a-million refugees arrived in Delhi from what then became Pakistan. This huge influx of people with different socio-economic and cultural backgrounds had the effect of a gradual transformation of Delhi in all fields of activity. Among these, the change in the food culture of Delhi was perhaps the most unique. Link - ://bit.ly/3naDAOK
